He once said, “You have to be very careful about defining someone as an unbeliever (kafir). A kafir is someone who has received the Message, understood it and then rejected it. Most non-Muslims have not received the Message, fewer still understand it. Even many Muslims haven’t received and understood the Message.” We were sitting together once and he said, “If you read the Qur’an with great care, you will understand that most people go to Paradise.”
